In order for a class to take place, at least 6 participants (8 for yoga) need to be registered by the date shown below. If participant number isn't met, fees will be refunded within 14 business days.

Yoga: 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Cardio Kickboxing: 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Step Aerobics: 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Yoga: 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Tone: 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Cardio Kickboxing - Fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics done rhythmically to music. Offering an intense total-body workout it utilizes the training routines used by combat athletes in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing. Similar to the Tae Bo format so no bags or gloves are needed.
Yoga - Total mind-body workout combining strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation.
Tone & ABS - Workout using resistance equipment and your own body weight to strengthen all major muscle groups; designed to define, shape and tone your body
Step Aerobics - Type of aerobic workout that involves stepping up on to and down from a portable box usually a step platform.
