High Intensity Interval Training
Workout is a combination of resistance and adominal exercises done in intervals of high and low intensity.
Note: Modifications will be provided for ALL classes.
Classes have a 5 min grace period before start
* It helps, but you DON'T need a step in order to participate. To get a frame of mind for an imaginary step you can put a yoga mat (any non-slip mat) on the floor and step on it.
