Table, Tent & Truck
Participation and Waiver

In order to secure your tent/table spot, PLEASE SIGN AND SUBMIT THIS FORM BY WED APRIL 24th 2024.

Payments are non-refundable.


If you are the Contact for the Company/Organization AND WILL NOT be at the event, please ensure that your Representative(s), represent you well, by abiding with the below:


  1. If you are setting up a TENT OR TABLE your set up time is 7:00 am, enter at the Charles Allen gate 10th Street to off load, then kindly exit the park to street parking.  If setting up a food TRUCK your set up time is 9:00 am and you will enter at the Charles Allen gate 10th Street.  At the gate, press the button on the left side and let them know that you are setting up for the Whine Walk Run 5K.  If you need further assistance call Patrice 404 453-4378 or Chase 404 797-5287.

  2. Proceed to the Vendor check-in table.

  3. Do not pin anything or tie off on trees.  Consider how to display banners etc.

  4. We are expecting about 150 - 200 runners and onlookers, that part of the park is very active.  If you have special giveaways we suggest they go to the PAID runners who will be wearing 5K wristbands.  These are the individuals who respect and who are fully supporting the cause of this 5K.

  5. Kindly, NO BREAKDOWN BEFORE 1:15 pm – if this changes the Event host will update you.  If you need to leave early, please let us know before the event starts. 

  6. TRUCKS are not allowed to dump any waste (grey water, oil, grease) in the park.

  7. Keep your area clean and be mindful of others around you.  Professionalism is key.

  8. We look forward to you joining us at the runner's Packet Pick-up Party TBD. It'll be a great time to meet the event organizer, other volunteers and runners.  If you are a vendor and would like to display some items and take some orders, we'll also try to accommodate you.

  9. Note:  Our presentations, raffles etc will end at about 2:00pm however, we have secured the park until 3:45pm so even after our particpants are leaving or gone you are welcomed to remain and interact with other park goers.

     Vendor, understand and agree as follows:

  1. That I am an adult (over the age of 18) and that I am responsible for anyone accompanying me, regardless of age.

  2. That I may not provide service unless this waiver is read and signed.

  3. That I may be photographed during the event by InclusiF Fitness LLC staff, Whine Walk Run 5K team/volunteers and local media agencies covering the Whine Walk Run 5K event, for which I hereby agree to have published without further release from me. This will constitute a “model release” with regard to any media bearing my likeness used for purposes of public relations or marketing of this event or any other purpose sought by InclusiF Fitness LLC, Whine Walk Run 5K or their representatives.

  4. I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and HOLD HARMLESS InclusiF Fitness LLC and Whine Walk Run 5K and their representatives (“RELEASEES”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me while participating in the Whine Walk Run 5K event.

  5. That I specifically acknowledge that I, the Sponsor/Participant, am engaging in this service as a participant, at my own risk, and not as an employee of InclusiF Fitness LLC or of the  Whine Walk Run 5K.

Early Bird Participation Level ($)

Thanks for considering us. We are looking forward to a great and healthy event!

Our extra step to support you:
1. We will be giving your businesses shout-outs during the 5K and reminding participants to visit your table.
2. All vendors, not food trucks, will receive chips (like poker chips), when participants interact with you give them a chip, which they'll redeem with us for a raffle ticket.  This is to encourage people to visit every table.


How you can add to your experience:
Share the Whine Walk Run 5K on your social media pages and tell everyone you meet.  Let people know where you'll be to pick up pre-ordered items, purchase from you, get information and to support a commendable and well needed cause.
