It's the same cardio kickboxing class, just in a chair. Cameras need to be on. Register by 9/14.

…..and why not? Get just about the same benefits as a regular kickboxing class with less stress on the legs. We will be jabbing, kicking and even doing jumping jacks while being seated. This class is great for individuals with knee or other leg problems. Pick either the 6:15pm or 7:00pm 30 min session or register for both. It will be efficient and lots of fun.
