Calling all neighbors, let's get a leg up on our Fall Fitness. Join me for a Cardio kickboxing class for all ages and genders.

About the event
It's a FREE cardio kickboxing class for the community that can be modified for all abilities. This is taebo style workout so no equipment needed. If possible walk over or carpool and please be mindful, do not block the driveways. Bring your towel and water AND if you'd like to watch the lakeside sunset, bring a lawn chair. Lastly, feel free to share this class with a friend.
