Yes and we'll still be waving our flags!!! Once again, this is a Soca fitness format that encourages the participation of all fitness abilities. Step aerobics is unique because it takes your fitness experience to another level - literally. Stepping up and down from a step bench activates other leg muscles and provides an effective workout for the gluetes. Bench level is adjustable - BUT WAIT - GOT KNEE PROBLEMS........the exercise is also effective without a Step.
