Important: You will need to be dedicated for at least six week!
How does this program work?
1. You will need to log your food and exercise daily, I suggest this task be completed within 48 hours of completion. I’ll provide Google sheets or do you use any particular Apps?
2. Check in with me at least twice a week for a 15 min to 20 min phone call. You will also receive check-in texts.
3. Do YOUR own workout a minimum of 4 times a week for at least 30 mins. We will discuss more.
4. Are there any upcoming events that may present a challenge to your program?
5. Do you respond more to the real hard truth or do you mostly appreciate a gentle approach?
6. What is your access to fitness equipment/areas e.g parks, gyms etc.?
7. What are your wellness goals and or expectations from this program?
8. What have been your past challenges with either diet, exercise or both?
9. (Tier one and two) You can attend the complimentary Cardio dance class held on Mondays and/or Tone/ABS class held Fridays, both are at 7pm.
10. (Tier two) What is your general availability for 45 mins to exercise between the hours of 5am and 9pm? If you are flexible, state "I'm flexible". This is for your one-on-one session.
